Two Soldiers, Nine Police Officers Dead In Bomb Explosion

No group immediately claimed responsibility for the apparent attack

Two soldiers died in Makhmour district as an explosive device detonated, local media and security officials said on Thursday.

Security officials at the northern Iraq clarified that the explosive device was a bomb.
