MOSCOW — Russia has threatened a severe action against Germany following the proposed confiscation of Russian funds and property.
Vyacheslav Volodin— speaker of the State Duma, lower house of Russia's parliament, said seizure and transfer of Russian assets to Ukraine may create a dangerous precedent in international law.
Germany had announced that the Russian assets it propose to confiscate is for use to rebuild Ukraine.
